The main entrance is via Swanston Street through the main portico doors. Ascend the main staircase - approx 20 carpeted stairs with handrails on either side. Once at the top, turn right and the performance space is approx 20m along the corridor.

For step-free/wheelchair access, enter through the doorway on Swanston Street, to the left of the main staircase. Take the ramp and turn right to follow the corridor towards the lifts (if you reach the Lower Town Hall lobby, you have gone too far). There is lift access to the first floor, where you can exit to go through the large gilded bronze doors. Turn left down the corridor and the performance will be at the end.

There are two steps at the front entrance. A ramp can be placed over steps for wheelchair access.

The lift is of limited size and is not suitable for most wheelchairs. If you have accessibility requirements, please book directly with the venue on 03 9650 1500.

City Square carpark is located across Collins St, accessible via Flinders Lane. There is also limited on-street parking for permit holders nearby.

There ground floor has step-free access, but there are 24 steps up to the performance space on the first floor. There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

The closest accessible parking bays are on Russell St.

There are two steps to enter the venue and 18 steps to reach the performance space on the first floor. There is no lift access. There are no accessible bathrooms; the bathrooms are at the rear of the first floor.

There is unfixed / flexible seating. Parking is along Russell St and Lonsdale St.
